  6. Cat mini diggers made in China cording to cat
  7. I have the machines to save my back and to help with labour both are cheaper than a man over a year and more productive so providing you have work they pay for themselves the tracked one turns into a dumper
  8. Personally I run both
  9. Talk to doobin about his multione very versatile in my opinion better than a mini, you can hire minis few hire loaders , also look at tracked neither of these replace a tractor on big jobs but on small fiddly ones they really give a tractor a run attachments are good plus you can hire them in
  10. Avant multione or Sherpa skid style they are very useful and would go match your hooka , hiring to same customer base mini with flail or tree gear are a whole different customer howvdo you get on with hooka I tried it really good on hard surfaces but not so clever in the mud loaded
  11. I was going to follow doobin with a bobcat but these seem better Italian made and case are going to want to sell some can even come with three part arm, you have to find a little niche to fit into get a 2.7 machine and hire in smaller if needed thought about loader to go with your hooka ? You can’t have too many machines ask doobin!
  12. If your thinking of buying new look at the new case maybe best mini on market at moment lots of machine not cheap but well built designed for owner driver rather than hire companies
  13. Couldn’t work out if disco 4 or d4 either would overload
  14. Pay your money take your pick, whatever you buy will be wrong and you will always need the attachment you haven’t bought yet. 1.8 don’t really run attachments. Some have enough trouble pulling themselves around, plus a lot of 1.5/1.8 in hire shops I would go 2.7, if pulling with d4 where will you put attachments / fuel / buckets etc
  15. Maybe use new telegraph poles the old ones are removed because they are rotten
  16. Think he wants paddling clay probably small pond!
  17. What’s he got to hide ?
  18. Yes why have a threshold accounts programmes are simple now all business should charge vat simple. quick to level playing field, also no cash just card or bank transfer you will never deal with the caravan community but would make life more difficult
  19. A whole world of trouble great crested newt, can’t touch it, disturb it, breath on it etc,
  20. Vat there’s a hole new problem who to charge and who not !
  21. I’m a subbie you pay me gross no deductions, main contractors check with hmrc as to wether you get deductions or not keep up with your tax pay on time good books = no 20 % paid invoices in full
  22. Have a look at multitel djb machinery
  23. The 20% is only for people who have not paid tax etc keep nose clean and get paid gross
