    Just buy the auger price it into the job. if you win you get auger for next job, trying to bodge an auger to drill that will only end in tears, if it comes apart half way through the whole just how are you getting it out, you will need a pretty hefty drill to power it I get mine from Swiftfix in Southampton 02380446644 they can make any size you want up to 2.4 metres In length

    Mooring will work we do up 200 MM with moles another option would be directional drill not cheap but little disturbance and you could lay pipe in single length all joints being fused

    Price wise I think you did ok, if you spend couple of thousand on motors and pump still cheap machine, will fit your premise of machines not labour

    Too right levelling grading digging,I find them better than wheels and you don’t get punctures

    Lift capacity is good put a heavy plate on the rear step but wheel pivot loader out lifts helps to have a fat bastard on the rear
