    Price wise I think you did ok, if you spend couple of thousand on motors and pump still cheap machine, will fit your premise of machines not labour

    Keep looking at these, the nose weights must be huge on a unladen trailer, and capacity must be under two tonnes probably closer to 1.5 tonnes, against an investment of over £10.000. Are they realistically worthwhile?

    What’s the nose weight on the trailer unladen?, did you have to balance the crane? Do you know the unladen weight of the trailer?

    Looks overgrown in pot eucalyptus don’t like being in pots too long evergreens best cut during spring, my guess is wind burn and desiccation if you lift it up I would bet the roots are still the same as when in pot did you pull out the roots when planting?

    I d go for grinder. Digger will leave some big holes to fill and a fair few stumps to deal with, they don’t burn easy and cost a fortune to tip

    Just look at the pictures of the blades the problem is anvil gap and sharpness whatever the engine speed it snot going to work if it’s not sharp

    I have been doing site clearance for over 35 years I use a fencing supervisor card and a green labourers card most sites don’t care what is on the card just so long as you have one
