    Effing hot and humid today! I nearly died climbing this morning, unless you have worked in similar heat, you dont realise how bad it is. Instant cramps, headaches, hot then cold, its wierd, and we have to put up with biting insects. Now it is really thundering and lightening, and I bloody love it! Clear the air some, something very exciting about a storm, makes me buzz! (THAT AND THE BEER i JUST DRANK!) XX

    It was hot and humid in new York last week, tough working conditions, but now it is beautiful weather for the week, 25c and little humidity. Lovely jubbly
