  4. I've been swimming, and still doing the 6,000km cycling thing for Gambia which I find helps. Climbing, surprisingly helps too, just can't bend down proper to pick things up, told the missus she has to do it all:lol: Sent from my Galaxy S2

  6. Couldn't agree more rupe, it's the prolapsed disc that I have, had it since early November now but I do find that climbing, eases it, being on the ground, ouch! Sent from my Galaxy S2

Cooking for 13 this year Having to start, Brie and beetroot crostinis with cranberries and basil leaves, then a home made clementine sorbet, then Roast turkey smothered in butter and streaky bacon, Goose fat Potatoes with thyme, Honey roast Parsnips, Pigs in blankets, Ale braised Carrots, Red cabbage and cranberries and Sprouts in a chestnut and bacon butter, with trimmings such as apple sauce, cranberry sauce, sage stuffing and gravy All local ingredients, all fresh, all cooked by my own fair hands:thumbup:
