  1. don't bother, your opinions don't get looked over Daniel, i commend you for taking the time out to make and post videos:thumbup: Seeing how other people work and do things is sometimes a good things as you pick up litttle bits of info and hints and tips that do "sometimes" work But on the other hand, you seem to have some sort of God complex, shooting down anyone else's valid opinions on your techniques, refusing or plain right ignoring valid questions that have been put forward, and calling yourself a radical free-thinker who does things "beyond the norm/book" to push the industry forward.... Its THIS attitude that comes across that then gets peoples backs up and you end up struggling to get people to listen Calm the arrogance down, make more videos and express an opinion on why you do things without sounding condiscending, and maybe more people will listen..
  2. From personal experience of working with other arbs who also purposefully left stubs, I have seen the trees exude stupid amounts of epi from said stubs because said stubs where left on, it's not hard to leave the branch bark collar intact without leaving a stub

  10. another question, is that your own heras fencing set-up? If so how do you transport it all and how long does it take to set up? Tis a good way of keeping unwanted people out of the work site:biggrin: Very nice pics by the way, looked like some good jobs:thumbup:
  11. you may need to climb to look at the top of the branches as with massaria you probably won't see any symptems from the floor

  18. Is the client somebody who may try such procedures to see if they work or not? maybe though, the best thing would be to remove and re-plant, but isn't it worth i shot if financially possible?

  20. yeh rob, i've got my copy off athens:thumbup: the basic tree inspection course for AA members is (i think) 140, for others (i think) 155
  21. I've got a long way to go before i become a pro but its something i want to work towards:thumbup: books and knowledge are the key to success:001_cool: and it helps to have a mathematical and logical brain! I've got so much i want to see and do i'm just scared i'll run out of time:lol:
