  1. A what?????? What strange words are these you speak?
  2. I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate.... Thats homer playing with santa's little helper though isnt it?
  3. I think at the moment it is only the major cities..
  4. Crikey mate- i know that area a bit- went to school in Taunton an used to bunk off to Sheppys with an old bottle to have it filled up. My ex- brother in law's family are at Bradford on tone area. Lovely part of the world!
  5. On the advice/ orders:wink: of doctor swb, getting myself booked in tomorrow a.m. Cant take self pity and loathing anymore, or my apparent inability to help myself. Decision made. A big push has been all the posts on this thread. Thanks guys. With any luck, the reformed tommer will be with you in the not too distant future.
  6. Working dogs... you gotta love 'em.
  7. That was a really good thread mate- shows how tree work should and can be done- efficient, safe and tidy. Is q-tip the stig of tree surgery??(ref post regarding him not sleeping.Haha)
  8. Brilliant!:001_tongue:
  9. Got it in one. Your prize is in the post. Its a new pair of hair curling tongs btw.
  10. I reckon that we should all be doing more of this sort of thing, although i recognise it isnt possible. UK produced lumpwood charcoal commands a good price:001_smile:, and doesn't mean the mangroves get cut down. The tsunamai in ache a couple of years back would have been far less devasatating if the mangroves were still present.
  11. They are very similar. We have a four year old golden lab, his daughter, her son, and those pups are hers, brothers and sisters of third dog. I reckon it makes for really well adjusted and tempered dogs. Like your first pic BTW. Do you get to go out with them much?
  12. :scared1: Its all a bit 'Tolkien' too isnt it, which is not a bad thing in my mind.
  13. Got to take what i can at the mo- no arb work to speak of, but ongoing stonework. Do a lot for this guy- milling, stonework, woodland 'management'..... Trying to knock the stonework on the head tho... All coments welcomed...
  14. Wait til the weekend and fly tip it in the council office front gate:sneaky2: Not!
  15. Lovely dogs Dean. They related?
  16. Sorry about quality of last pic- tried editing twice but i cant remove it!
  17. Heres some of our latest arrivals- most have gone now..
  18. Haha good point. Wouldn't it just be the case that someone would see you there taking the shot and think "there is a butcher taking pics of his work":scared1:
  19. Hell mate- i saw that yesterday and was soooo close to stopping and cold calling. Its atrotious isnt it!!! Glad you photo'd it, as i didnt have a camera!
  20. You're so right mate- and its what gets me through the bad bits.
  21. I know exactly what you mean mate. Go like an idiot from the momentyou wake up for as long a day as possible then hit the sack......7 days a week. Its that or back to the bottle and the rest... Not had much work for a couple of weeks, and head is starting to spin again- anxiety, paranoia, all the usual anger and heartburn. Aaaaarrrrgggghhhhh:thumbdown:Still, the little guy in my avatar - Olly- makes it all better and makes me realise why i do it.
