  1. Same could be said for the wrench, that's a self contained unit where the hitch cord and metal parts are designed to work together I mean you don't need a pulley to have the system work it helps. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. Yeah I read what Dave posted old mill, I think your claiming the Hh does things so differently when it doesn't really I mean when I put down tension on my line I can push up my hitch and rw easily. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. Pulling down and sliding isn't something that the Hh has revolutionised I can and often do the same with my hc Rw set up Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Yeah i agree i think the main issue with slack tending being tiring is the length of the bridge if your slack tending device is higher up you will have to pull more in order to advance the hitch, i find that sometimes its easier to use two hands if you can balance on the limb and just keep pulling with quick hands works a treat.
  5. It takes ALOT to pop them, have you watched the video on it? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. the snake anchor is stitched in intervels that you clip into, when you have an extreme fall the stitching starts popping till it stops you like a tearaway lanyard like in a fall arrest work, cougar blue is the best allround climbing line IMHO.
  7. Platinum is too thin tree access is too bouncy i would go with, kernmaster or poison ivy,
  8. you will hvae to start using thicker line Dan, feel the uni is great for vertical ascent but lacks the intuitiveness of a hitch for jumps swings and limbwalks for me but i have seen guys who are slick with it, The thing i like about the RW over the others is the fact that its customisable i dont have to use a pulley if i dont want i can whatever hitch i want etc just loads of options i dont have to tailor myself to the product i can tailor it to me.
  9. you just unclip the wrench fold it over and clip it into the spliced side of your line
  10. Nice work Tom, not climbing on tachyon anymore? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. I have a 70m length of it Ian and its really static, more static than some access lines I have used. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  13. Neck elastic works well cheap light and tucks under your shirt when not in use. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. Pretty good single line mate my wrists haven't been bad since switching think getting used to srt helped a bit too. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  18. Make sure it's cougar blue it's more static than the regular cougar. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. I have 70 meters of Kernmaster it's good but not that static I wouldn't recommend getting a long length of it, donaghys Nrg and cougar blue are both really good neither are true static but perform well with the Rw. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. Their throwline is awesome has fishing line running through the middle so doesn't flatten off stays really round, and when it tangles it doesn't knot up as bad as zing it. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  21. What that's not the secret! I look like a fat gay eminem now. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  22. The whole lower D thing is pretty confusing, the ones on the sequioa are rated to be used while still attached by your main climbing system in a work positioning situation not for hanging in, unlike the treemotion were you can hang solely off of those lower D's not sure about the tree austria. And I know it's were your bridge is attached and it's pretty similar to being tied to your bridge but that's En ratings for you. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
  23. I had my suspicions he means well but you cant give out advice similar to hes giving out i mean he doesnt even use equipment desgined for treework, 2 tonne sailing rings?? Why not just use Dmm rings or isc, we dont want a repeat of the kong incident do we?
  24. Double bagging is good, its really useful and sounds rude whats not to like?
  25. I thought he liked that eBay site bit too much. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Tapatalk 2
