Think the cutter head is made by sandvik there's a fellas website I come across in Europe that retips them weather that's any good I don't no soon as I get chance I'm going to see my mates dad who imports a lot of mowers and ground work equipment from the USA see if he can find them

I think that's what orange plant sell them at if I could sort shipping there's a place in the USA that sell them for just under $8!id give the none genuine 1s a try see how they go

I smashed the carbide off the razor cutter with a lump of metal in a stump!just out of intrest how much are the multi tip cutters compared to the razor cutters I've just had a price of big chip £10 plus vat plus carriage

I'm in a similar position I need a track chipper but for good 2nd hand chipper they always seem to make strong money I'm very tempted to bite the bullet and get a new forst machine. It's either jensen or greenmech for 2nd hand machines

To be fair the forst is £22950 on tracks with 3 year warrenty and hopefully mite wangle a bit more discount

I spoke to Carl at forst yesterday about a tracked machine they have built them there selves from ground up and reckon they out preform jensen on build quality and chipping speed and we all no how good jensens are! I've got my brochour coming then hopefully get a demo booked in
