yeah, i think using a router would be best/easiest. Used to work as a cabinet maker in a previous life. Router would probly be most accurate too and less faffing about. would only take about 5mins!! EDIT: sorry just re-read the origonal post!! considering the width of the sign, a dimention saw with adjustable blade would probly be best!! id recommend going to a furniture workshop if there is any near you!!

had you thought up a way of getting changed without anyone noticing at the time of that photograph? you must have had some kind of brainwave, i thought the lightbulb flashing above your head only happened in cartoons!!!

HA! spray it gold! big fat exaust, slam it so its sittin on its bumpers!! - my mate just bought an old vw jetta. he spent LOADS on it, getting it lowered, tinting the windows, fancy sound system, nice wheels... the whole nine yards. he was well chuffed with it. however he only actually paid £200 for the car in the first place and when he came up to show me it he got halfway to my house and it broke down!!! so far he'd only used it to potter around town, turns out it wont go for more than ten miles without practically setting on fire!!!

That is gorgeous!!! -just needs some nice wheels!!! my first car was a citroen AX -it died in a three car pile-up, which, contrary to the 3 independant witnesses, wasnt my fault! thank god for cctv!! then a rover 200 when driving back from a mates house at bout 2am i went to flick my full beams on but as i pulled my hand away i accidently turned all my lights off, i was going a little bit too fast aswell, i got the lights back on just in time to see the 10ft deep ditch i was heading towards. rolled twice down the ditch and also smashed my phone in the process, had to walk for about an hour to get to a pay phone!! then a mk1 caddy pickup which i loved but it just fell to pieces, litterally! now a 'semi rat look' mk3 golf that i cant drive through town cos i had it lowered and i struggle to get over the speed bumps!!! D'uh!!!
