  9. good thread wellwell, boots are a very important piece of kit if not THEE most important. as discussed before it all comes down to budget and false economy. i got fed up with aquafells, they fell to bits so i went back to elton boots for a year, cheap as chips and comfy, then i saw the kilma air at the AA and i thought i must try a pair. WOW, thats all i have to say in the matter, first day was a bit funny driving as it has a solid sole but after half an hour working i fell in love with them, great for jamming your feet in tight crotches becaus ethey dont give, no more sore feet when doing old pollards or conny hedges.

  13. the strikers big brother. the strikers back pedal brake was awesome for skids and the grifter would go into neutrol when peddaling hard and whack your shins then jam in 3rd for the long hills:thumbdown:

  17. go for it charlie, my mate got a 4 year old vogue top of the range i think for 10k, it was beautiful. i think they are about 50k new

  20. i am off to the ostio tomorrow for a lttle service. my back is great as long as i go to the gym and do a warm up and my exercises. if not i am seized up all day. so much better though after a gym session
