  1. Yes. Fartmoor has radon remover is some private water supply and we used to have these little yellow triangle radon detectors in the house at Helston plus vents in the wall / below dpc.

  3. Looks like a Bee in that Jar!
  4. Ex or inc the vodka & tonic?
  5. Same: Watsons / Heltor / Silvey, 1000L tho
  6. +1 Going to BRS airport on Sunday...
  7. 90 minutes in a comfortable car is worth 30 minutes in the pickup. Currently doing nearly 90 minutes each way (50 miles) so almost 3 hours a day / 100 miles. Fair play to the ol Avensis estate; it really would be horrendous in the L200; would cost £35/day instead of £10 Try and do a 10 hour day tho minumum; 12 is great but 8-9 pees me off.
  8. At one point I had (3); an Indespension tipper but I would get a Bateston now because the Indy was soooo flippin heavy; an Ifor P7e which I still have and I had an Ifor 16' beavertail plant trailer which got knicked (I know who did it btw).
  9. Brian James Tipper Trailer Dealer? http://www.brianjames.co.uk/weston/
  10. He's in denial. Start him with a sharp saw. When he blunts it you must never ever sharpen it for him; if he thinks it's blunt then he must sharpen it; never learn else. He must be forbidden from using a saw sharpened by someone else. Tough love.
  11. I change mine very regularly - what does that say?!
  12. Ha you bit there. Whoever takes yer fancy. Probably banter but comes across as heaving with attitude. Happy to be corrected.
  13. Certainly are; wee sis in Ecosse just got one.
  14. Where you are maybe, but OP is in dorset? and poor quality oak would get £35 here in devon. £100 is totally off the scale.
  15. Take belts off next time - disconnect drive from engine Heal up quick
  16. EP, lovely full of sulphur!
  17. Make very sure you consider the loved ones in your life and the Wife / Husband who loves you... Were it not for them, my frame would be dangling from a tree or harvester crane today. I said I never seriously considered it. Then another heartbreak comes. What's the ruddy point. My word, I'm close.
  18. 2.2 either 150 or 180hp dcat version. Latter more liable to injector problems which is a shame because the engine's a peach when all is well. Plenty of info on Toyota forums, have had a few D4Ds myself. Somewhere on here is my brief diary on the early D4D injector seal procedure.
  19. No one is going to rent out a six-figure machine to someone unfamiliar with the particular machine. No money to be saved by self drive. Takes a good few seasons to get good at operating.
  20. T180 engine (D-CAT) ?
  21. Alder not great firewood? Hmmm, you not dryin it proper boy?! I know Devon has an obsession with oak and beech, but there is merit in other brands you know!!
