  5. That was uncalled for and proper bitchy. I dont have time for a proper rant cos I have to go work and I,ve just got enough time to take out my rollers and have a little backcomb.

  7. Ordinary insurance is usually called PLG which stands for private light goods. Commercial means youre earning a crust from it. If its just a runabout go for PLG, it should be cheaper. Try the NFU first.
  8. It,s got a wonky eye........alright from behind though.

  13. Thats assuming its not a bag of pebbles to hold down the tripod. In which case he,s caught f all. More than likely given the state of the fish population.
  14. Monkeyd, its the old hunter/gatherer thing. Look at his bag hanging off the tripod, probably a weeks worth of protein there.
  15. The wife and I have been talking about fostering for a couple of years now. Does anyone have any experience and can offer some advice? If not any opinions would be welcome.
  16. I bought the wife a little runaround, she loves taking it out for a spin especially at halloween. Can she have a little hottie for when she,s flying.
  17. Maybe you have a slight bend in the crank. If someone else has used it and run it on a tight chain, when it cools down the chain contracts which can bend the crank. Sounds hard to believe but its a possibility.
  18. I first started in 82 after getting the boot from the RAF Regiment. Sold my Cortina in 94 to fund my first Transit. I placed an add in the yellow pages, bought a McCulloch, swapped a tent for a rock climbing harness, made some prussik slings out of window sash cord and my mate Keven Watt (Wattie) from here, gave me a multiplait rope. He also gave me a fair bit of work to get me started, cheers Kev I,ll always remember how you helped me out.
  19. I should have said "If you sell it you have to pay some of the tax relief back". My apologies.
  20. I dont understand it very well, but when you buy machinery youre allowed tax relief. If you sell it before end of life then its liable for some of that tax relief back. Thats the way my accountant explained it.
  21. If you do sell youre machinery dont forget capital gains tax.
  22. Cheers, I looked at who,s online and saw you looking at "Kids first skiing trip". I looked at the thread and sussed it. Truly remarkable likeness. Perhaps this should become the lookalike thread..........My wife reckons I,m a ringer for Ken Dodd. Hahahahaha:lol:
