Sold 3 cube today at the new price and they didnt even bat an eye lid!
  4. £70 befor the rise, for a cube bag not a bulk bag.
  5. On a 1m3 bag mate, i deliver in the bag.
  6. Mine have gone uo £10 a cube as from Jan the first.

Wonder if thats because he can sell a more expensive saw!!!!!!
  13. Thats a fair point Stevie but t/wolf have been building light machines for years and have done well thats partly down to being cheap and good dealer support admitted but you cant have a light weight chipper built from thick metal! I love my 220, big heavy machine and really well built but sometimes i would love a light machine.

good little saw, had one for 3 years and only use it for reductons and topping conny hedges and back up duties, would have another anyday.

    saw info

as a ground saw an ms261 will be great.
  16. No i havnt but i would not buy 8 of something if they wernt any good! i guess they tick more box's than most other 6" chippers, eg you get a turntable, 4 blades, is compact and yes the kids can tow em. i Liked the machine at the APF and will consider it when i get a new machine. I also compared it with the simular machine fron Vermeer and the Greenmech is so much nicer and far better put together IMO.
  17. Acorn tree surgery in the Midlands run 8 quadchips! says something really and this will be my next machine i think.
  18. Happy new year guy's and gal's hope 2011 is a great year for everyone on here. Thanks steve and the mods for keeping the site goinging for anothere year.
  19. I started because its a way of turning "waste" into a product, it makes a bit of money coming upto winter and i get to see more customers whom i have got work from through the wood sales. It also keeps me goping a bit on quite days and give me a change.
  20. Think it was that steven blair bloke.
  21. i Agree with that, a pollard/Heavy reduction would of sorted the problem and kept the tree, it's a willow after all and would respond v well to heavy pruning.
  22. Love the big International, that will be a great tractor but i have a feeling it will fetch GOOD money.
  23. Looks great Jonny, glad your having a ghood time.
  24. Something like a Leyland 272, i have a 384 and there basic but as old tractors go there simple and fairly cheap, ferguie, browns and the like all go for good money.
