  1. Is there any reason why you aren't using a spliced eye Treerover.The Zigzag is such a joy to climb witb when everything is neat and compact.
  2. Into my second year of gym training.My favourite session is Saturday morning.It's empty and the music is Chilled.Progressed from Cables and Smith machine to Free weights.Leg day was yesterday so today is Back.Lat machine and Rows.Starting to to lean up and Muscles are becoming more defined.Also noticed since Bench pressing my upper body growth has become rapid.Our bodies are incredible.....Even my you tube viewing has changed from Caisey Neistat and Buckin'Billy Ray (which i catch up on once a week) to Lee Priest....Jujimumu and for the sickening ments of the delray misfits [emoji23][emoji23]

  4. Last saw him at this photoshoot for "Bat and balls magazine".In was just as he was transitionig.

It's actually a lot warmer in the Summer than it used to be in the 70's and 80's which is when my Dad did up the cottage which was in a terrible state.They bought it when they opened the back door and saw this view.There has never been a television there and we have only just had moble phone signal in the last year or two......Peace and quiet.

  12. Off to the Gym then hunt out some Protein followed by a morning in the Library.My new Chapter will require brains as well as brawn.Have a productive Friday Arbtalkers!
  13. So that's the holiday over,time to knuckle down.Got a few forms to complete then i can begin the process.Should make for some interesting posts and get the Thread back at full speed......14 months down the line and i am making all kinds of gains!
  14. Most of Xmas and up to New Years eve i was laid up in bed and on antibiotics.So this years resolution was to begin each day with excercise.This January is going very well.Great picture on the Stihl calendar too! They all are (except for December)

This year is off to a great start.I have enjoyed a few tree jobs for myself which is always a pleaaure and never a chore.But the best thing about a future which will involve travelling and Arboricultural Adventures on my own is that i decide my schedule.I have always wanted to go to the Gym first thing in the morning before anything else......

  17. You can be sure of it.I missed Xmas and New years eve completely due to Bronchitus!!! I was wrecked...but fully recovered and back on course. I had the most amazing year of my life in 2017 which i will elaborate on soon But i'm back.New and Improved.
