  5. Tonight i have a date....not just any date but a hot date with the most beautiful English woman. Haven't been with an English girl for about ten years(Mrs Fox was a Phillipino and i was with her for five years) and that was over three years ago! So it's been a while......I've been trying too woo this lady for a while but with no success,until Friday night.She said how well i looked etc. Etc...one thing led to another..and check out the picture that was hanging up as i walked into the door!.....it's a sign!!![emoji6][emoji6][emoji16][emoji16][emoji269][emoji269]

  14. Definately on my bucket list Wolfie...I'm in the U.S.A (Colorado) in August and hoping to meet a Bristlecone pine or two but need to see a BIG Sequoia while i'm stateside.
  15. Pre workout meal....Wholegrain rice and Chicken.With a few drops of hotpepper.I can happily spend two hours or so doing legs and back on that.Tastes great too!

  18. It's minus three today and rain is forcast so i'm pleased i took my Grandson for his first sledging experience yesterday.

According to Google maps that means you are 100miles exactly from Fox Cottage (My winter retreat) and 67 from Durham City.Working around my Lantra courses i will be on the road again.I like Skipton and surrounding area.Will be in touch Huck....i need to check out the village idiots woodland too.

  23. Is there any reason why you aren't using a spliced eye Treerover.The Zigzag is such a joy to climb witb when everything is neat and compact.

Into my second year of gym training.My favourite session is Saturday morning.It's empty and the music is Chilled.Progressed from Cables and Smith machine to Free weights.Leg day was yesterday so today is Back.Lat machine and Rows.Starting to to lean up and Muscles are becoming more defined.Also noticed since Bench pressing my upper body growth has become rapid.Our bodies are incredible.....Even my you tube viewing has changed from Caisey Neistat and Buckin'Billy Ray (which i catch up on once a week) to Lee Priest....Jujimumu and for the sickening ments of the delray misfits [emoji23][emoji23]
