You know i'm ashamed to admit that for all of my life i had never regarded women as role models...Equal,yes but not what i would aspire to...Until i joined the Gym and in that time Kate (South African) and Jo (Norwegian) have become fundamental in my evolution.They are my Sports science,Nutritionists, relationship therapists and close friends.Lifting really has opened up my eyes to another world.....I even have a favourite female fitness idol.Brooke Ence[emoji7][emoji963]️‍♀️
  2. Deadlifting starts tommorow! Looks like it could be the Holy Grail of moving weight.Apparantly a tough one to master.....i have a great coaching team around me[emoji6]

  4. It's a long time since i've eaten so late at night but i've been watching weight training videos for the last hour .......and that's made me starving.I'm craving the Gym but i have to wait 8 hours till it's open![emoji16] Must mean it's bedtime.

  6. I'm fitter and stronger than i have ever been in my life so i will always climb for myself or freelance occasionaly.I start my training to become a Trainer for LANTRA/NPTC in March.

  9. I'm doing 1.5-2 hours each day 5 or 6 times a week.Into my 2nd year of training.Starting to get Really strong.Had an intense back day today.Love handles almost gone and Lats are thickening up! Love the Gym....I pay £25 per month.It's less than 10 minutes from home and the staff have become like a family to me.

  11. When i lived in Holland saw lots and even worked on some...With leaf they look so formal.Like fists of green...not everyone's cuppa. A great way to manage Urban Forest

  13. Found a weight i'm comfotable squatting a good amount of reps with....feeling the benefits already.Next week,Start Deadlifts!

So thanks again to Yvonne and Andrew for allowing me to be a part of the celebration.I wish them every sucess in the future.Their products speak for themselves.I still have a pair of Gladiators that are bombproof and going strong after five years and my Protos is into it's fourth year.My "trainer" jacket could last a lifetime!
  15. Anton gave a great speech (via his translator).And at the end they had their first taste of Whiskey.
  16. The piper began the opening followed by the cutting of a tartan ribbon.Anton was given a Tartan protos lid and cushion as a gift and he returned the gesture with a comemorative saw.
  17. Was made to feel very welcome.Felt right at home in the Boss chair.
  18. Definately has a Family run feel to the place.Plenty of people came.Food and nibbles were delicious especially the mini haggis.
  19. The lids of course now come in an array of colours.This would be perfect for Annalize.
