Airstreams are my favourite boot.i love em....and i have Distel Gecko aluminium velcro top and bottom....however pairing the two aint the best combination and i have learnt to compensate because i like the comfort of the Airstreams but they don,t have a very pronounced heel compared to other boots so the spikes have to be fitted really acurately for a comfortable climb.....(IMO)

And having worked with you,seen you work and own a couple of Winson Woodcraft originals i have to say you are as enthusiastic about your craft as i am about mine...a right busy beaver:thumbup: lovely looking benches there...i pressume they,re for the Jolly fisherman? have to catch up soon...i,ll pop over in the Spring.   17. They are the ultimate climbing attire for this season:rolleyes: but if it rains...you may need an Umberella...ella..ella ella...Ay?
  18. I have the Husky technical....but the other two on the crew wear the "extreme"...i've worn one..Super comfortable...amazingly visible in the tree...very very light and breathable...windproof...but not waterproof...but who cares cos they look Awsome:thumbup:
