Airstreams are my favourite boot.i love em....and i have Distel Gecko aluminium velcro top and bottom....however pairing the two aint the best combination and i have learnt to compensate because i like the comfort of the Airstreams but they don,t have a very pronounced heel compared to other boots so the spikes have to be fitted really acurately for a comfortable climb.....(IMO)

I have the Husky technical....but the other two on the crew wear the "extreme"...i've worn one..Super comfortable...amazingly visible in the tree...very very light and breathable...windproof...but not waterproof...but who cares cos they look Awsome:thumbup:
