  1. Very impressed with your film making Jon...so I hear you have a bucket truck on the way..don't forget to post pics/film of said vehicle P.s can't wait to try it!
  2. You should have got me in from day one Jon and that would not have happened on my watch!
  3. Strong Gusts!
  4. Just seen this Mr Git...you really have got the hang of your GoPro and ZigZag! You did a great climb as always and i know the rigging went well. Great video...recognised me half way through...a good day!
  5. Let us know how you get on Matty.
  6. Sorrry to hear about your helmet Matty... the upgrade sounds good but like a lot of people I am very happy with mine..not tried them yet O.M.T but been reading up on them..it really lives up to the "integral"name. Washed mine the other day...almost everything on it quick releases...so easy...
  7. Silky and loppers...all I need.
  8. Just clearing space round my anchor and the camera...tree came down much further.i prefer loppers to a bill hook.i can work much faster.
  9. Processed it all with loppers...only took the leafy twigs away.
  10. On small fraglie trees where you are constantly having to alter your balance Silky work is the way to do it!
  11. Very windy start to the week...
  12. Got some interesting pictures
  13. And I did the Quiet stuff. The Silky is my favourite tool and made my job easier (with the sawpod) on various pruning work.
  14. Had a Father and Son week. He did the noisy stuff..........
  15. That's a full tree team in the making! Congratulations Team Bolam.
  16. THAT, Just about covers it.a long but good read. Getting the lowering line unclipped and back to the climber is a massive time saver if done a.s.a.p. some great pointers there Ben.
  17. To Infinity.....AND BEYOND! Welcome back Nev
  18. Always interesting to see what you are up to Drew..
  19. Canny pictures Bolam!
  20. I am Andy...course its a harver. That or a feller-buncher would be a thrill to try.
  21. I know your Groundy Hodge and he IS a machine....but in defence of the A.T which I have used many times the weight it can carry allows (in the case of conifer etc..) several journeys in one single journey with relative ease. As for logs...it free's up the rest of the crew. One man can shift huge logs! It is an essential part of the day's kit.
  22. I'ts a thumbs up here!
  23. I remember tuning in after school every week...Alien craft lands....leaves an Egg...out pops Mork...falls for earth girl Mindy. Nanoo...Nanno. R.I.P Robin.
