  1. T'was great. Even let the apprentice get off the ground for a few minutes after his success with CS30 last week. I shall just continue to avoid lifting timber or dragging brash for the next 2-3 years haha. Tree cutting is the easy bit.

  10. I strongly believe that the AA approved contractors scheme is a fantastic path to go down. The revised smaller contractors scheme will make it even more accessible. In years to come I think it will become a must.
  11. Or.............drill the nuisance rivet out. Its not needed. Also an email to Husqvarna showing your modifications. Haha.
  12. A petzl carry tool on your belt (like you would have on a harness) and a small keyring ring, or tiny krab, or a small piece of cord through the hole in the handle of the tongs. Cheap but effective. I just completely made that up but it may be a good idea???

    4 chord song

I heard there was a secret chord, That David played and it pleased the Lord. But, you dont really care for music do yaaa. It goes like this: the fourth, the fifth, The minor fall and the major lift. The baffled king composing Halleluyah.

  15. Same here. Last year. Although mine didnt strangulate. I just noticed a large lump appear in my groin so i never actually felt the pain. Think I was climbing again soon as the scars had healed. Had keyhole surgery, in and out. Ached a bit after but all good now. Feel the odd twinge now and again but thats it. All the best mate.

  22. Sorry Pete, a txt message with the mention of VAT is NOT someone trying to fraudulantly charge VAT. If you require any further information you will have to just ring me as I will not discuss this petty matter any further on the internet. End of subject. Sorry for the derail guys. Have your thread back.
  23. Can i just ask you to kindly not make unfounded, un factual comments like this. This comment appears to sound as if Darren Spencer the sole trader is charging VAT. This is wrong. Please, in future get your facts straight. Thank you.
  24. Glad thats cleared up then. Wouldnt want to get anything wrong by not knowing the actual FACTS. would we.
