Why not organise a rec climb near you? Or go to one that is close? As soon as the weather picks up I'm sure there will be loads going on. Everyone I've met through here has been sound and most would be willing for someone else to have a go.* (* obviously not if you're looking for chainsaw trousers! I was talking about climbing kit!!) Just an idea:001_smile:

Premier league has only been going since '92. Only 5 teams have won it, ManUre, The Mighty Blackburn Rovers, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City. No West Ham.... ha ha!!

Slightly off topic but did you ever watch a Series called "Operation Good Guys" Rich? All the same actors in it. About a really rubbish Police Unit in London. Well worth it if you can find it mate.

Great film!! Two of my favourite ever films, Gattaca and Vanilla Sky. Worth a watch if you can get hold of them. A bit more modern but Warrior is a great film!!

I would have spliced it if I could be bothered to go outside!! Ha ha!! It's cord doubled over and stitched with twine then heat shrinked. Someone over in 'Murica put a picture thread up and I thought I would have a go. I'll see if I can find link. I think Adam made one as well

Really interested in this. Could you not use some spliced friction cord instead of just stitching the eyes? Or is it better to have the 2 legs going back up to the wrench?
