  2. After a harsh winter / Spring, machines need going over top to bottom and various repairs & servicing doing. Anyone on here do that sort of thing as a sideline or recommend company in north of England who does thorough work. Need quick turn around on following: 2 x Greenmech safetrak 1928's Vermeer BC2000 TP270 (PTO) JCB Fastrac

  5. Manc Pops to dismantle / reduce, Starting asap but defo by Bank Holiday Monday for 5 days, ideally a team of 2 or sm company who are used to working and rigging with each other. No machinery required.
  6. Your quicker at dismantling than a mewp!! mewp is on the site for setting up steel cables next to where climbing is required.

  16. Why is it, that I have the shawshank redemption on DVD, its located 3 foot from the DVD player, have not watched it in 6 years, but beacause it was on television I stay up till 01:20am to watch it and now Ive have 5 hours sleep and feel like dung.... awesome film!

  19. The curtains are not checked, and there is nothing near the window looking anything like that, he took 3 photos at near identical angles and there is nothing on the mirror of those photos.

  23. Its agricultural land with some old barns in Colne, they are to be developed and there are a few trees in the way, not CA or TPO, but the ground is classed as Historic Parkland. You have to be careful, these modern day tree officers slap TPO's on trees just cause their bored or having a bad day

  25. Althought the 4 trees in question are located in the historic parkland they are early mature and only planted in 1960's. I am interested to know why there are no protection for ancient or veteren trees. When clearing for development I am always delighted that if there are ancient and veteren trees in the path of a proposed pipelines or new pylons the deisigners will change the path to save the tree. I have never so far had any moral dilemmas in realation to ancient or veteran trees, I think far more ancient trees get removed during domestic works than developement works as they have their environmental responsibility thats in the public eye.
