  1. This is a chestnut leaved oak tree and it died i cut it down and was going to dig up the stump and replant in the autumn but look what happened. What i want to know is what type of oak is this and was the chestnut leaved oak a graft? I think i will leave this as a shrub.
  2. Looks good ian. My sister in law and her husband have just put up the same chestnut fencing at there house they are getting a pony.

  15. This was the storm we had the other day i was on the quad in the middle of the park thunder and lightning and raining. there was a full rainbow which is this picture but the rainbow did not come out on the picture how odd:001_smile:

  21. Today i felled the biggest sallow ( goat willow) i have ever seen the trunk was two foot accross but it was all segments it had all fused together, the farmer helped me with his matbro to take the brash away it will be some fire:001_smile:
