Anything is 'disturbance' really. Camera evidence by the Public is rife. Best note it, then review wot yr gonna do. Even putting barrier tape on or near a suspect nest is going to scare off some species. Yr boss should have policies in place for this. Take a pic n write a note, showing you took steps to avoid or protect is yr best defense if shit hits fan. K

I have a line cutter in my pocket which is frankly more useful on fishing line / boat netting. Knife good fr a wrapped propeller, but thats it 🤔 K

My kit quite new then. Ebay Northern diver combi suit fr 40 squids, same fr stab vest. Puk mares dive computer is only flash bit of gear ( she went mental as she spends a fvvking fortune on gear but has 700 dives recorded ) then..... Met coppers turned up at my door, cos my dive knife from China logged thru Border Security 😆 " good morning sir, we have evidence you have an illegal bladed knife in yr possesion" ( show them my Padi card) " you mean that dive knife i bought from China and has been through UK and Egyptian border security pal ☺️ ?" they left. K

The thing bothers me the most is its a play area, so soil compaction. I would strip grass from around base of tree and mulch it to balance soil moisture throughout growing season. The obvious decay is noted but it ( from image) wouldnt worry me if in my garden. K
