  1. He has used one, surely he should know? Did you run a tach on the saw?
  2. Have we gone back in time then or what!? I cant believe cameras where so good back in the noughties..
  3. Although I can see your point, Tbh I've never really thought about it as in those situations (aerial rather than ground work) the bar being trapped isn't a bad thing imo, means you've gone in too far, stops you cutting more of the hinge and stops the limb moving in the wrong direction.
  4. Constructive criticism is stop the sawing of the saw! It does not make the saw cut faster and it will increase the chance of kickback/follow through dramatically. Plus its painful to watch Looks like you did a good job, rigging into the back of the truck is bliss.
  5. A man goes to the circus. It's his first time, and he's pretty nervous about it. During an intermission, one of the clowns approaches the microphone and says "We are giving a special prize to the person sitting in section A, Row 12, seat D." It's the man! He stands up, very nervous, and the clown says "You're a big stupid BOZO! This is a circus! No one wins prizes at the circus!" The man doesn't know what to do, what to say. He's so flustered his face turns beet red and the audience starts laughing and laughing, and it's all he can do just to run out of the big top, ashamed that he fell for it, and that he couldn't think of anything clever to say in retort. That's when he gets the idea to study exactly that. He signs up for a public communications class at the community college. He takes debate, extemporaneous speech, everything on public speaking and wit he can find. The need compels him to study more and more and eventually the man gets a degree in communications, completes a PhD in quick-witted retorts. He starts speaking publicly, becoming a much-sought-after lecturer. Years pass, and his fame grows. Finally, he's ready for his revenge. The man studies the circus. Sure enough, they're still doing that gag. And it's always the rube in the same seat who gets the grilling. He buys a ticket for that seat, and waits. The moment comes. The clown approaches the microphone and says "We are giving a special prize to the person sitting in section A, Row 12, seat D." The man stands up, ready. The clown insults him, the man stands up and says, "FUCK YOU, YOU RED NOSED CUNT!"
  6. He he. Ive been to the US a few times and its quite breathtaking on what they can tuck away, Man V Food (TV program)is a prime example
  7. If we are taking control of the USA sorting out the bacon issue needs to be at the top of that list.
  8. Did you actually read Mark Bolams post and then my reply before replying to my post!? No chips. I know plenty of very decent down to earth hard working people who have more than a few well deserved bob (as I have already mentioned). Sounds as though you have summed it up though, the arseholes are the ones with chips on their shoulder, maybe they begrudge giving some grunt their hard earned cash. I prefer to work for rich people because they have the cash to pay for the job. Just not the ignorant arseholes, Im not sure why you dont understand that?
  9. I doubt it as surely no arb rope would ever pass a LOLER? Ive used petrol to remove resin from ropes, my guess is if petrol/oil attacked arb ropes a lot of us would be well and truly fecked by now (in the fact a fair bit of unburnt petrol and oil escapes your chainsaw and no doubt covers your rope) , I did leave a piece of climbing line in a jug of petrol to see what would happen, nothing visible ie it didnt melt, expand looseits colour or become brittle but then I didnt break test it. Ive read on here that butter is supposed to be good at getting rid of sap, that or leave it to dry and it eventually flakes off.
  10. Well then Trigger, your talking shit now explain yourself.
  11. So where did I say all rich people are asreholes? People who tell you how to do your job and that you should do it cheaper when they have no clue whatsoever are arseholes whether rich or poor, have a PhD or not. Just because they have a better education or more money doesnt give them the right to talk to people like they are idiots. I also don't agree that 'rich' people won't rob you. I few I know do it indirectly, they aren't doctors or bankers though, usually run sun bed shops as a front or own night clubs.
  12. What kind of an education is that then? One that teaches them to be assholes? I have no time for rich people who tell you how to do your job and then tell you to do it cheaper when they have 1 they have no clue about it and 2 spend more money on petrol for their Austin and range rover in a week then you are charging for a bit of honest hard work. I have worked for plenty of decent down to earth people with plenty of money who know the value of it and hard work.
  13. My latest besterest song
  14. Class I bet that makes you laugh every time you think of it. I know everyone says these ignorant rich cnts are rich because they are tight, bollox I bet they are rich because they are the 1 in a 100 of us that are psychopaths (the none murderous kind) that can bend a lot of people to their will, good to see they dont always win
  15. Maybe it's lost limbs, rotten and knackered and it's that or fell it. What would be the general consensus be then? As skyhuck says I would of expected/preferred to see it hit harder back to the old pollard points.
  16. Edge of tomorrow, watched it last night for the squillithin time, brilliant. A wonderful life. Ghostbusters. They are films I can watch again and again.
  17. Yep that's exactly what happens. I know for a fact that with a lot of big firms come the end of the month someone pics and chooses who is getting paid and who is getting bumped until maybe next month. Good on the guy, no one got hurt and he certainly made a statement!
  18. Yes but then I surround myself with like minded people butI have seen plenty of the opposite. That isn't the issue though is it. The issue is if people have to put their hand in their pocket to pay for services a lot won't. Imagine the state of the place when some wont or can't pay for bin collections, think of the increasing amount of uneducated people there would be due to not going to school etc etc. I just don't see how it could work.
  19. Is that a serious question? If so of course I wouldn't! But, you know what ,there are people in the UK who do do that because they are either slobs or flat broke. Make people pay directly or should I say give them the option to not pay for the services mentioned and the problem would drastically increase, it's not rocket science.
  20. Well I for one am glad we are forced to pay taxes for many services, health service, roads, schooling, waste removal etc etc. It is far better than the alternative, stopping ever 100 yards to pay road tolls while watching sick kids wandering about during school time fly tipping rubbish. Straight into third world poverty. Mps claiming for duck houses and gardening and multi billion pound companies moving money about to show low profits are what need addressing imo.
  21. God help whoever is listening into my conversations! Must dash as Abi Titmuss is knocking on the door trying to deliver my George Foreman grill
  22. London plane, horrible in the summer as has already been said, horrible and slippy in the wet, smash to smithereens or tangle like a twat when they hit the floor making them a PITA to climb, clean up or chip. Whoever wrote that program needs shooting.
  23. Its my all time favourite of all time favourites atm mate.
  24. I've never had finance on purchasing equipment but I'm fairly sure in some circumstances your better off than buying it outright.
