  1. I have a pair of Treemme Orange chainsaw boots used for 1 day only size 9 (43). £100 including delivery. PM me if anyones wants them. Dogs:thumbup1: Ps classifieds far to complicated for a simple tree cutter like me.
  2. I have a yamaha 600 grizzly for sale £2000 including logic snow plough if anyone is interested. I will be putting in the classifieds along with some photos over the week end. Nothing wrong with the bike im selling to buy an argocat. If anyone interested pm me.
  3. the gap between each cutter is called the chip space so a semi skip chain will hold more chip between each cutter hence the advantage of using a semi skip chain on longer guide bars allowing more chippings to be stored prior to being deposited either out the end of the cut or out the rear of the saw. This produces less drag whilst cutting large diameter stems giving better efficency the chain speed is the same regardless of the type of chain the only difference is the reduction of drag. putting this type of chain on a small guide bar would give no real benifit as chippings are deposited quicker do to chain speed over diameter. hope that makes sense. dogs.

  8. it would'nt pull out backwards because of the ice even 4wd tractor would'nt pull it out so we dug it out and dragged it forward, then dragged it back up the hill. The pictures don't show the fact that we were on a hill. All good fun but will have to try again tommorow to get some wheat out to the birds.
  9. I got stuck in a snow drift today whilst trying to feed my pheasants took two hours to dig out with tractor and front loader. Oh, i did'nt see the drift because i was driving in a white out. The pictures were taken half way through digging out the truck i had to dig my way past and then dig out the front so we could pull her out.
