  1. who are the bad tree surgeons in your area then ??? 3m is a 3rd and thats what people normally take off conifers.
  2. Iv been thinking about how long the average person in the forum has been doing tree work for ??? As i think its the sort of job where some people go to college and get 2 or 3 years behind them and end up doing something eles. nearly 9 years here

  4. how can it? a mog is a tractor for a start. I also love it when people say you cant fit alot in mogs but the i.ts like comparing a u100 and a u1650 to a cabstar and 7.5 tone lorry The thing that makes a mog good is what you can do with it ie. Tow anything, Run things of the pto. I hate it when people just come out with comments on here like its rubbish why why just take the time to say why u think a normal tractor is better then a mog. Rant over:wave:

  10. hi as a mog owner a u1650 mine is ag spec so anyone with a driving license can drive it. I have driven mine on motorways. I run mine on red but i work within 15 mile radius most days. I insure my mog with the national farmers union fully comp any driver for £340 for the year. This is abit of advice dont buy a cheaper mog from atkins.If you pay little for it you will end up f paying alot in the future, also if you can be the only driver of the mog and then you know what the problems are with it. happy mogging
  11. Blue chips are good simple chippers sort of no fills but that makes them good. I would aslo look at a TP150 good little machine.

  13. £350 swimming pool window gutted really the stump was for £80. Cabble for outdoor lights in a big garden. 1 Windowscreen, 2 side window on different days, cable tv. mmmmm i think thats about it.

  15. Iv got a 038 with a 20inch bar. Its not a bad saw got a bit of power but they are old and very heavy not ideal for using for choging down but not to bad on the floor. How much is the saw???

  17. I had one and it did get caught alot more when doing hedges and conifers. but they are v cheap.

  19. What a great job you done on the entec my 1st chipper was a entec nearly the same as that a 2000 model but it was orange not yellow.

  21. well this is coming from me a very happy 400zx user like you skyhuck. 1.Its to heavy 2.Them anoying reset buttons 3.The revs take along time to build back for the autofeed. 4.The copyed an early greenmech. 5.The stop bar bangs around when driving(if not tyed down) 6.Electrics are always playing up hope that helps what are the newer ones like ????
  22. I think that is a very good point I do some work with a guy with a landforce. I would say it is the worst chipper i have ever used even worse then a dosko. I have not used on of the newer ones they might be alot better.

  25. hi sky huck i was thinking the same thing about my mog ?? I have been using a 50/50 mix of veg oil deisel im my transit and it running great. Can you run turbo trucks on a 50/50 mix ???
