Just bought myself a hydraulic h14 and wondering how much the freespool lever moves from side to side? I can't decide if the spring loaded pin is used to hold the lever central or does it hold it either engaged or not? The lever on this only moves about it's own thickness if that makes sense? It is both freespooling and engaging. Cheers mike

im working for a company and weve been carrying a tracked greenmech on the back of a transit crewcab tipper, i knew it was overweight but didnt know how much till i rang the hire company the van is from. capacity allowed in the back was 1141kg if i remember correctly, the chipper weighs 1880 plus about 60kg for a set of ramps. still goes well though!!

Just wondering if trousers are independently tested or are there to many variables to make testing worthwhile?
Reason I ask two people at work have gone through their trousers recently, neither have clogged the saws up, and both have had minor cuts on their legs. The second, scarily, had seemed to cut along the sewn seem in the protective layers. I must add both trousers were different makes. Opinions please!!

cheers guys, unfortunately ive only just thought about it, and its too late to ring the council as i wanted to do it at the weekend, but found a website called mouseprice, while ill not take it for gospel it suggests its not council homes.
-
haha, to be honest id thought of that, but me not being the most tactful, id probably come across being a bit rude!
-
ive got a job coming up, its occured to me is there a way of checking if its a council house or not? without sounding rude it looks like it could be. i could see the situation of someone wanting the tree removing, the council not doing it as its not DDD, and the tennant having it done himself!!
any advice much appreciated

Ben I dont think I ever had my marbles!
so I guess that's somehow the reason for the air bubbles? I wondered if it was reformed meat.
Either way I still won't be eating it, haha.

log splitter ram size?

I missed out on that ram anyway. When you say a bore of 3" do you mean the piston diameter or the overall diameter? I was looking at ones with a50mm piston and overall 100mm?
