bought a pair of new ultrafits in a small an they were too small so sent them back and got a medium instead, got em today and there a little long and just generally a bit "baggy", comparing to my hiflex ive got at the moment which are a nice close fit, not sure wether to send them back an get some hiflex's instead or keep them, they do seem better with better pockets an possibly better outer material. what do people think?

my dad works with people with learning difficulties, he basically takes them out for the day one on one. other day in manchester he's out with one of these lads, who are generally quite young 20's-30's. (my dad being mid 60's). when in a bus station, the lad turns on him, no real reason just one of them things, got to remember these people are basically "mental". well dad suffered a cut nose black eye and various scratches. do you think anyone came to help? no!
i have to wonder wether the cause of people not helping more is due to press coverage of people getting injured/killed in these circumstances, take the Newlove story for example, what effect has that had on people standing up to these wasters.

just seen this post, what exactly is this? i may be interested in coming.

oh well once again the british legal system does sweet fa for the ordinary person, never mind one more reason to leave this country before it gets even worse.

trust me i know where he lives, but i shall be doing it proper (first). so what do people think in regards to going for criminal damage? also what should i do to fix the damage to give it best possible chance of survival.
thing that really pees me off is that id of trimmed it on there side, if theyd asked and also that the guy went into someone elses garden i.e. not the customers, and did it without permission.

apologies for size. no idea how to make them smaller.

see if this works cos ive never put pictures up on a website b4.
so what are the chances of this tree recovering? also what do people think of the job, apart from the obvious where he hasnt done a bottom cut?
-
right bit of a long story but where do you stand on cutting down a neighbours tree? basically the people back to back have had some cowboy types round today and cut down a copper beach, leaving about a 12' stem, now the tree is in our fence boundary and while it may of needed trimming its now spoilt what was quite a nice tree. question is where do we stand legally? is there anything we can do?
