  1. Why not just get a small winch and fasten it on to a tow eye and some croc cables to the battery, be surprised how little it'd take to unstuck it. Probably a ton or ton and half would do it.

Mogs are ok till they get stuck then they are really stuck!!!

  2. Might have offer of work in power line clearance, but I can't decide if it would be worth it. The jib is paying 100 quid a day self employed, but as havnt got ua1 or 2 I'd have to get them, got a price of around 800 for both. Thing is us there or lot of work and will it be long term? Don't wanna pay that the get no work in 6 months. Is it good work? Opinions please. Cheers mike

  3. I'm thinking of going training for some other type of work, seeing as how finding work is so difficult at the moment an can't see it getting any better. I'm looking for some ideas/suggestions what people on here would do , preferably outdoor type of work.

    Look forward to some suggestions.

  4. Just been on arbjobs and seen the one on there for utility work, is it normal for them to want so many tickets? They pretty much want most cs untits, about 4 ua units and one or two I havnt heard of, just wondering if it's normal or if there just aiming high? Cheers
