  3. The latter. If I had throw lined it I would still have had to climb through the curtains or I would have been a metre away from the stem.
  4. Should have said a grown man’s arms and not the noodles you’re carrying πŸ€ͺ
  5. Was a PITA. At least the first 10 metres was. Branches as thick as your arm growing down over the trunk before growing outward. It was like cutting from beneath a very wooden curtain. had worse though.
  6. Decent sized Spruce removal. Easy enough but a hairy bugger.
  7. Wordle 1,216 4/6 β¬›πŸŸ¨πŸŸ¨β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©πŸŸ©β¬›β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©πŸŸ©πŸŸ©β¬›β¬› 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  8. I needed that after the recent run. Lucky first guess obviously. Wordle 1,215 2/6 β¬›β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ©πŸŸ© 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  9. It is the Tiffany LE version.
  10. Wordle 1,214 X/6 β¬›πŸŸ¨πŸŸ¨β¬›β¬› β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬› πŸŸ¨πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬› β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ© β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ© β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ©
  11. PG Tips. After a days work and 1.5 hours in the woods with the dog, a cup of the finest. If it is good enough for the monkeys then it’s good enough for me.
  12. Wordle 1,213 4/6 β¬›β¬›πŸŸ¨β¬›β¬› πŸŸ¨β¬›β¬›β¬›πŸŸ© πŸŸ©β¬›β¬›πŸŸ¨πŸŸ© 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  13. Same here Mick. i will take Kira more in the winter than summer. Summers are li g and hot and I would prefer her to be home in her pen with the air con down pretty low than have her cooking in the truck.
  14. I’ve just decided to remove the cage and fashioned something similar, but with more space in the work truck. This week she will be with me most days as the missus is busy. Tried it for size but she seemed a bit apprehensive. It also means I have more space for kit when she isn’t with me instead of the big old cage in there.
  15. I would agree with the above. I grew up with dogs. Wanted one for most of my adult life. 20 years living in London I said β€˜not yet’. Moved to Norway in 2017. Decided to get a dog. We were renting, β€˜not yet’. Bought a house that needed a bit of work β€˜not yet’, wait till the building work is complete. Researched the breed and met a few of them in the last few years then finally got hold of a decent breeder, not a puppy mill. Took another 2 years for the pups to arrive. It was the right time for me/us. Pretty stable home environment and a good area to be. Local access to woods and hiking area (hunting during the season) and a family that love the out doors. Soon there will be snow. That is when my dog comes alive. It takes a bit of restraint to say no when you want a dog but if you are the responsible owner that you think you are, you will know when the time is right.
  16. Make the cage a positive space. Put the pup in there for naps, after their dinner, during your dinner, after play etc. dogs respond better IMO to routine. The main thing is not to put the dog in there as a punishment. When we used to leave the house, we had one of the Kongs. We would take some of her food and but it in water for a few seconds to soften, then stuff the Kong and freeze it. When we went out we would put the Kong in the cage and by the time she had finished it she had forgotten we had left. Build up the time she is alone. The first pic, she looks a bit pissed. I guess it was baptism of fire as we had to drive back 7 hours from the south of Norway after picking her up.
  17. We cage trained Kira from a pup. We were always aware of not making it her punishment area. Even when she was being a little snot we would try and keep calm and put her in there for a time out. As she grew older we expanded the area from cage to a pen with a child gate under the stairs. The cage it still in there but the gate is open. She can go in if she wants but when you have a choice between a 4 metre square space with a bed and a smaller cage. Pretty obvious what she chooses. However, she isn’t bothered in the slightest when we go away in the car or I take her to work. We have a cage in both the family motor and the work truck. Seems to work for us. IMG_9550.mov
  18. After the last few attempts, I’ll take that. Wordle 1,212 4/6 β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬› β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ© πŸŸ©πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ© 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  19. My dog is ok and calm as you like in the pen at home. If we need to I will leave her at home as the kids are back for 1430 ish. They then walk her. If we have to leave her for more than 6 hours I either take her or we get our Tennant to walk her midday ish. If I take her to work she goes in the cage. Hence sometimes I leave her at home as I can’t have her running around customers gardens and she is a nightmare for running off after Moose or Deer.
  20. I didn’t even know that word existed or what it meant. Google was my friend. Yes, you are correct, I hang my head in shame.
  21. After what I considered a decent start. I feel I have let myself down, the family name down, my country and the whole Sexpat community in Norway. Wordle 1,211 X/6 πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©β¬›πŸŸ©πŸŸ¨β¬› πŸŸ©πŸŸ©πŸŸ©β¬›β¬› πŸŸ©πŸŸ©πŸŸ©β¬›β¬›
  22. Been here for a few minutes.

  24. No idea what 3m’s I have just I bought a compatible bracket and the protos is nice to use now. Previously, before the mod, I would always have ear and head ache after a few hours.
