How can CS units "cease to be current"? My driving licence is pre-97 (1987), which entitles me to drive vehicles the more "up to date" license does not, so it could hardly be called no longer "current". Saw tickets have no expiry date on them, at least mine don't and they are from 1996:biggrin:

Unfortunately some councils don't have a tree officer, I would imagine this will become more common due cuts in spending.

If you own the property you should know if there is a TPO, but TPO or not if your in the CA you need to give the planning department 6 weeks notice (in writing) of your intentions, they are entitled to put a TPO on the tree with the 6 week notice period.

This is really strange, I've heard this said before, but one of the bottom straps on my allow gecko's has completely gone, but I've continued using them without issue for months.

Was she not simply accepting reality??? Was she responsible for cheap labour abroad??? A steel works here in the UK has just closed, but she has been dead for years, so you can't really blame her. I'm in no way saying she was a saint, but she is not the devil some would wish to paint her, IMO.
