Dead trees along a watercourse...... Massive habitat potential - they will need to have a habitat/bat survey - i would stay clear in this case if i were you and LA to sort out....

If there are trees over public land the LA have a duty of care to take action.... Once job is sorted they can find out who is responible and charge appropriately.....

Is the path LA owned or private ?

My fave area - looking at the photos the wall is clearly the boundry... The trees dont even sit on the boundary - the owner of the fishing rights doesnt have a leg to stand on.......

I bet that was exciting... I have been in a 90 that rolled on a dual carrigeway - tyre blew on the trailer and sent us into an uncontrolable spin.... We took out one of those massive roadside ligts which blocked traffic both ways... We got out fine - a testiment to the safety of defenders...

My 110 has a better turning circle than the 90.... Those boost alloys dont help the 90 though..

I have just watched a chap on the news say the economy is only going to get worse. This guy is a leading figure in the finance/biz world... I didnt buy what he was saying at all and a quick search on the net revealed he buys companies in trouble.. So what he said was obviously to try to scare the public into not spending meaning he can make more money on struggling biz.... It was only last week we were on the turn and things where getting better. Until we get a powerful Gvt in place and a news industry that isnt manipulated by big biz we will never be the Great Britain we used to be....

That is not the work of god but the work of the devil.... It is important to remember.. God gave man the gift of choice - its not god causing that suffering to the child, but man - the man that made that choice will be judged on his actions...

We have used that site to help when pricing air spade work, nothing worse than it turning out to be clay when you have priced for a sandy soil etc...

If its a 300tdi you wont need to pay to convert to run on veg/bio diesel - the 300tdi's love veg & bio diesel, my 300tdi is crackin and runs better than it did on reg diesel:icon14:
