    are you climbing with that set up now? it looks interesting. is that one of those Ocean Polyester Eye to Eye Sling from treeworker, any good?

    for rigging really. i use a dynema sling for small riggin that i get from a climbing shop, one of the best things i ever got. £4 and 22KN, but for bigger stuff not sure what the best slings are to get? when i say big i dont mean big stems more larger branches.

  4. imo climbing is a part of tree work but getting good with a saw is more important then swing around and branch walking.

  6. i dont think you need a licence to tow something under a certain weight. ie a small chipper.

  18. my last top handle developed a carb problem, how do find out what type of carb it has? also if there is a bit too much oil in the mix what problems will this cause long turn?
  19. you do a job for an agreed price, the customer is happy and pays you with a cheque that he later cancels for no reason, were do you stand?

  21. what scale do you think is right for the following. round by me i recon: poor groundie - £50 good groundie - £60/70 new climber - £75/80 average climber - £100/120 v good climber - £130/150 (more for really hard jobs say upto £200) is this similar to elsewhere in uk?

  23. im using 13mm with blakes at the moment but thats how i learnt to climb. now im moving to newwer ideas.
