  1. it'l bump your insurance!
  2. i had about 6-9months of waking up in the night with one numb arm, sometimes both from the elbow down, not nice! it was after a bout of pollarding in the snow for a week or two a couple of years back. my doctor was very unhelpful "stop using a chainsaw", which i didn't, now i get the occasional numbness but no more than once every 2-3 weeks
  3. 35c15 here. very good truck! i think it's the 4.5t down-rated from looking at the plates but might be wrong
  4. She speaks a lot of sense, not sure if she is a bit jilted or something but she obviously knows her stuff I'll keep an eye out for that book, I just wiki'd it and think I get the jist: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l8rQNdBmPek&feature=g-hist&context=G25e8f52AHT3hDHwAHAA]Will Hunting had it right 14 years ago - YouTube[/ame] zopa looks good, I've bookmarked it for future reference, although, a borrower nor a lender be...! this is another good explanation of fractional reserve banking (i did a bit of a utube trail last night) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xbp6umQT58A&feature=g-hist&context=G2f958d7AHT3fdmAAHAA]The Story of Your Enslavement - YouTube[/ame] I think one of the main problems is capitalism needs growth for the banks to continue making money while if we could all just get to a level we are happy with then that should suffice and sustainable growth should naturally happen with population, this would mean that the investment bankers wouldn't be able to buy that new yacht however. saw this story today, sorry to drop the level but yet another reason to get away from that ilk http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/01/opinion/sunday/kristof-financers-and-sex-trafficking.html?_r=2
  5. i quite often just leave the carabiner on
  6. this lady speaks a lot of sense. de-centralization would be a very good thing! skip to 2:54 for a good method of banking imo... 7. everyone getting out and working is definitely the way forward, this may also be a good idea: Robin Hood Tax | Robin Hood Tax
  8. man that sucks! well, if i see any blown up tanks or shot up engines i aint going nowhere near them! hope the people at the top are getting this one right!
  9. ok, I thought there might be some ex-forces who might have some first hand knowledge here. so these particles which have to cool to become dust, whats there story?
  10. yeah, it may be off but it does sound like there is a bit of deception going on, i don't think they really know if it's safe, just that it kills good. was just reading about that dirty 30, sounds like they were a bit busy so just turfed everything into the pool like old supermarket trolly's!
  11. basically they aint nuclear weapons, just radioactive bullets/shells, very good at piercing armor and they use it to make the armor also. but when they are fired they instantly give off radioactive dust as they go straight to 500 odd degrees, then when they impact they pierce, shatter, explode and release even more of the dust which if inhaled or injested will most likely kill you, it then lasts for 4.5billion years, everyone dies for a long time, if they disturb the site or drink contaminated ground water, also with it being the desert i guess its just blowing around. it will wash away but it takes a while, especially in the desert, one us cleanup team took cant remember exactly but more than 6mths cleaning less than 20 vehicles, for shipment, which then took another 3years to finish cleaning back in the us, now the team are all dead or dying. the leader of the team claims cleaning it out of iraq is impossible, they fired around 3000 tonnes of the stuff out there, more in bosnia, maybe more in libya, some in afganistan.... i thought we covered it in concrete and buried the stuff!
  12. looks like it would be more fun at night! just wear a gas mask and never ever go near those engines again, or your great great great great great great etc grandchildren etc. we could be honest about it and just drop a nuke on them, wouldn't that be more humane?
  13. just seen this video and was wondering on peoples views. I have never heard anything about this practice in the news but it seems pretty bad to me, up there with the worst crimes against humanity maybe.... there are more documentaries out there but I thought this seemed like a good place to start

    Chain oil

so long as you can make sure fuel runs out before oil its all good i guess, might just take a little tweaking

    Chain oil

yes, i think so! as the oil is thinner won't it empty the oil reservoir quicker?
  16. cool, i've got quite used to a swype keyboard now. I will go for whatever is looking the best when my contract is up. I did get this phone for free straight from the o2 shop though! You sure he's not just brown-nosing
  17. had a iphone, got a galaxy now. galaxy is better but then its a newer, they all do the same thing really. lots of apple users seem brainwashed, or just a little conditioned maybe. sweatshops aint ok folks!
  18. The only issue i've found with the oval is that the spine is too big to fit through a HC. just have to buy a skywalker i guess

    Chain oil

i was once told that us tree surgeons breathe in 6lts of evaporated chain oil a year..... true or not i wouldn't use engine oil!
  20. push the file into the tooth when sharpening, keep the depth to the link but not into it by not filing into it. Treat each tooth as an individual blade which needs the correct curvature as well as angle to cut efficiently. It's the easiest chain to sharpen so after a few sharpens of a 30" odd bar a 020 chain should be easy!
  21. and if there were no evil, no famine, no suffering, no war, there would be no reason to try to make people good, fix any problems and push for everyone to have the same religion as to be a peaceful race, then there would be no need for any religion. If there is no problem, make one, then try and fix it. cynical in my old age.....
  22. quite right, i guess the teaching isn't good enough. if only the pope would allow contraception. very very sad.
  23. since my last post over 1700 africans have contracted hiv and over 1100 have died from aids, they are now with god, good job they like him.
