    You can if some one is self employed all they do is invoice you per week or month which ever you agree they must have there own public liability ins and take care of there own tax and NIS.     I deliver wood chip to a guy whos abit Eco hes got a big barrel and he coils a water pipe through it and fills it with chip and runs water through the pipe it comes out really warm he say he only has to change the chip every couple of months Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
