  1. Why would he want to comment, this is between you and him and not Arbtalk land. To me your beginning to sound bitter, there must be an atmosphere at work the way things are going.
  2. Fingers cross it won't be to long and you can get back to making money.
  3. You should have the right to complain and get money back as , the job wasn't carried out properly in the first place. As it's now costing you money, sounds like they have gone down hill since last time I used them.
  4. Personally I would sand it down, furniture like that is usually teak but like Steve said it's hard to tell without close up pictures.

  8. I would agree, birch pollen is one of the main causes for hayfever. The pollen is one of the first to be produced, the milder it is the earlier its coming into season.

  14. I would ask for a new one to be sent out as its costing you time and money now. Once new one is received post old one out, in the meantime send them pictures .
