    Jokes???

  3. It's been coming for a quite while though. All those successive government cutbacks over the years has rendered our NHS and social care systems in a state of chaos. Covid seems to have been something that has accentuated these things, which many people have previously been unaware of. It's almost as if it's been set up to fail in order to be sold off.
  4. Probably a few fancy racehorses for starters .......... I don't think she's actually bright enough to have thought of that.
  5. Ah well. at least it's just about left us in peace now. I'd love to know where the £37 billion for the useless track and trace thing ran by Dido Harding went though.
  6. Damn right, she's a real dream machine.
  7. They told us from the outset in the daft 'Hands, face, space' briefings that it was a virus that 85% or thereabouts of people would have mild symptoms if any at all. The issue was that there weren't enough hospital beds at the time to care for the quarter of a million or so clinically vulnerable people who have since carked it, so they eeked it out by having lockdowns when capacity looked too close to comfort. None of this is news.
  8. Local elections results as they happened: SNP gains and Lib Dem resurgence as Tories take a bruising | The Scotsman WWW.SCOTSMAN.COM The SNP remain the biggest party in both Edinburgh and Glasgow after another election victory in Scotland. Scottish council elections 2022: SNP finishes as biggest party WWW.BBC.CO.UK Labour overtakes the Conservatives to finish second, with Tory leader Douglas Ross blaming Partygate.
  9. A good mate of mine ran a forestry business on his days off while working as a copper. There's no reason at all why you shouldn't get your tickets and crack on. Scout about local firms, explain your shift patterns and come to a mutually beneficial agreement. Best of luck with it.
  10. How to rip a dickhead a new arsehole, by Susanna Reid | The Daily Mash WWW.THEDAILYMASH.CO.UK WANT to hold arseholes to account? No-nonsense Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid shows you how.
  11. BP profits double to $6.2bn, fuelling calls for energy windfall tax | BP | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM Results are ‘obscene’, say unions, after soaring oil and gas prices help company to beat forecasts
  12. It could indeed get messy but at least it would be fair.
  13. Proportional representation would make things seem like far less of a scam.
  14. Agreed. When you've lived somewhere where carrying an ID card is mandatory it's nice to be able to wander around with nothing but a few notes in your pocket.

  16. That'll be the £4 billion that they've written off as fraud due to their own incompetence, yet they will take the honest working man through the blender for a few £K. Lets not forget that the opposition had nothing to do with who benefitted from shoddy PPE acquisitions etc. I'm not suggesting the opposition are angels but you have to lay all these COVID decisions on the incumbent gov, even though the idea doesn't sit well with you.
  17. Madman to buy toilet wall for $44bn NEWSTHUMP.COM Some lunatic is spaffing an obscene amount of money in order to own Twitter.
  18. She's either aware that the PM is a sex pest and capitalised on that facet of his character, or, it didn't happen. Either way it does no favours for the PM, he's either easily swayed or he's so bad that they're clutching at straws. Is my take on things.
  19. If a flash of Raynors legs can cause BJ to lose his concentration, I'd love to have been a fly on the wall when the hookers rocked up to Lebvedev's castle. Truth of the matter is that he's incompetent, we all know this.
