I'm bored to death with the covid clatter myself too but I do think it's important to hold people to account when they're found out to have been making mugs of us all.

That Corbyn fella had some good ideas, they were fully costed but people bought the bullshit, just like you rightly point out they bought the bullshit about covid too. If both candidates were of a similar capacity in terms of practical experience I would probably veer towards someone with BSc./ MSc. qualifications as there are skills such as statistical analysis and business management that you learn on those courses, that's not to say that the MICFOR candidate might not also be fluent in those skills. Someone with a level 6 NQF qualification could become chartered in a couple of years.

Why obviously? Could easily be 75p food budget too. More info needed to be sure. The 75p per head is what they spend on food, the wages etc. are accounted for elsewhere.

They don't, they have 75p as a usual budget and that's for one main meal, bearing in mind that these are meals for kids and not fully grown adults; a mate of mine is the catering manager at an academy and that's the figure he gives, they do make everything from scratch and in large quantities, not something which is readily achievable in a small household.
