  2. cool,cant remember what i paid for mine but it was around the 80 mark, to be onest it was a bit of an impulse buy as i only bought a new vertex 6months ago, but i dont regrett it
  3. oh, i didnt know that,when i bought it the guy told me it was the first helmet with side impact, just wondering whats your price on one with a mesh visor and muffs
  4. yes i got side impact, thought it was standard
  5. ive got one its great. incredably solid feeling dosnt move around like the vertex doe i got mine without the plastic visor. i dont go much on the ear muffs but aparantly they are currently working on an attachment to take the other type so they will do for the moment i can highly reccommend this helmet
  6. hard to tell really they dont like you climbing the sequoias just past blackwater arboretum on the ornamental drive all 156 ft of them
  7. i have the greatest intentions but never seem to go was thinking about competing this year and thought i should start going on the weekends but it hasnt happend yet

  16. yeah it was a strange climb
  17. felled an oak for a farmer whos son had hung himself in the tree. very weird and extremely sad
  18. its difficult selling butts i onlly go 100 quid for this lot and still got a call complaining that there was pockets of decay. to which i said "why did you think it was coming down"(http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=4274) though they paid for the pickup. it was worth it so i didnt have to process it

  20. i couldnt think of anything worse, like steve said i struggle in a tshirt, and even in the winter im plenty warm enough with a base layer and tshirt. think that if you feel the need for a protective jacket you should be questioning your work positioning
