  2. the armour prus is brilliant on arbormaster i nearly cried when my armour prus was ruined by a giant fir takedown

  5. ditto if you cant get the armor-prus then liros herkules is pretty good on the arbormaster
  6. you dont need to drag brash to be a tree officer, but it will give you an insight into what the world of tree work is like at the practical end...bloody hard, and as a tree officer it might just make you spec realistic work

  18. not a big fan of the gecko rope, very very bouncy, go for the arbormaster

  21. got given the photos the photographer had narrowed them down to today....all 604 of them.
  22. yes it is sparsholt, i saw them pracxticing whilst out looking at the woods during our ecology and conservation lecture for the fdsc arb course yesterday afternoon
  23. fair point. its not my only saw but if it was it could be an issue.unfortunately with them being relativly unused there isnt the support network that we have with our other saws.but im prepared to take that risk.maybe one day they will be popular. id certainly buy another.i know what id rather have up the tree with me
  24. the guy who i take my kit to orders the parts if needed. i snapped the choke lever off and i only took a couple of days for the bit to come through. i would fully recomend that saw, i have had no trouble with it at all and its really gutsy
