  1. I have a pair of CMI ascenders that I very rarely use but when I do they are a great way to access a tree.

  4. My 254 xp rips, I used it recently on leaning Willows and Poplars and the speed of cutting was a pleasure.
  5. I have Solpadol now which is 30mg Codeine, 500mg Paracetamol, works pretty well, also once or twice a month I have a proper sports massage, I also stretch out before work, (usually) and always have a hot water bottle on my back on the way to work.
