the capacity isnt really relevant here......as they measure the axles not the overall weight....hence my comment earlier. the front axles could potentially be overweight long before you reach your gross

if your plugs are falling out you simply didnt have them in right! i wear plugs all the time, could never go back to ear defenders now...its so much cooler on the head

i get 2 years out of mine and they are in reasonable condition at that age still......most i ever used to get out of the older style fabric trousers was 9 months, by that stage they'd be ripped to shreds and id look like a tramp. maybe im just lucky, but i will certainly keep buying them

i asked a vosa guy about these when i got pulled over once. he said they were bad news and to avoid them, you'll be going overweight on the front axle real easy

im still waiting to hear back from tech, but im pretty sure the server was hacked. i was having the same problems trying to go on their site, and they werent responding to me on messenger which probably means they were flapping trying to get everything back online!!!! seems to be fine now, and no harm done!
