  1. dont know what you'rew complaining about mate, thats good going!
  2. prices vary, but in theory you should get what you pay for. a lot of people have mates that knock them up cheap for them.....but 9 times out of 10 it shows IMO
  3. yep definetly get a website up soon as. im having my own one done by the company above shortly
  4. cool! i will think of something interesting im sure!!!! thanks
  5. even with tension it probably would have held and done the same......just how the fibres run
  6. ha! well it was posted with the question!!!!! you can cleary see it changed direction mid fall as the hinge holds on the side nearest the fence
  7. to be honest, i would have to say luck there! it just held on the hinge at the last minute and twisted towards the fence. id have felled it lower and held it on one of the buttress roots on the opposite side of the butt to the fence. This would have given more of guarantee. that being said though, no harm done and job finished!
  8. i tried them on at the show, they seemed quite comfy as they go!
  9. if you're going to do it, id def recommend putting the hiab at the back
  10. absolutely pointeless....be surprised if you had any payload whatsoever left!
  11. how bizarre...its a bloody fuel can and a chainsaw yet for some reason its one of my favourites so far!!
  12. many of these probaby never come back, random click throughs from google, homeowners maybe looking for single answers etc...impossible to tell precisely.
  13. i guess you wouldnt without weighing a few loads on a weighbridge and getting to know the vehicle!
  14. private work is dead...some of the figures i hear being talked about are shocking....not worth even trying to compete with!
  15. thats the nice things about the gecko spikes, the spike sits high enough on the shank that you can walk on site without the spike hitting the ground
  16. By my reckoning thats mesterh with his guess of 10,000. Actual figure is 9,912!
  17. so assuming thats correct which it probably is. how have i affected things by sharpening the outsides? if i dont do that anymore and just sharpen the insides will i get them to how they should be again?
  18. i generally run a flat file over all 3 edges, however i think im right in saying you're only supposed to file the outside 2 edges?? could someone put me right on this, and if possible explain why? i never seem to get a great edge like this so run a file over the inside a few times. thanks
