  1. Not just diet coke. Next time you are in Tesco or wherever you normally shop, I challenge you to find a single bottle of cordial(orange, blackcurrant etc) without it in!
  2. You mean like the training and health section? Training and Health - Arbtalk.co.uk | Discussion Forum for Arborists
  3. Agreed, im trying to stay off the stuff. I reckon in a few years time they will be attributing all sorts of diseases to Coke
  4. No clue on the chainsaw, depends on so many factors. I believe I can offer a good suggestion for bar choice though, think these might be available through Rob.
  5. Not even 2 litres usually
  6. How long ago were those last winds you had now Benn?
  7. I find it incredibly hard physically drinking enough water in this weather. Always end up with a cracking skull ache at the end of the day
  8. You can't compete for price hunters in any trade rob, wether it be selling chains or quoting domestic tree work. Keep on as you are mate

  11. Just putting the feelers out there really. Have had an absolutely manic 2 years now but things do generally seem to be quietening down a little, not enough to cause alarm and its actually a nice respite. Wondering what its like other parts of the country?
  12. not looking forward to wednesday particularly! Its all about being sensible with the workload, its not not possible to work at the usual pace!
  13. Not at all, its been active for a couple years.
  14. Basically yes. 3 points per infraction. 9 points equals 7 day ban, further 3 points following that result in permanent ban. I can't recall giving anyone more than 3 points yet. Most people are reasonable, accept they earned the points and move on in accordance with the forum guidelines.
  15. Obviously an error eddy, I can't apologise enough!
  16. its the nature of forums....members move on, new ones come in. No points have been lost, I just don't think some people truly understand the nature of forums.
  17. I don't quite understand this last bit? In reference to the rest...I don't have as much crane experience as the likes of some on here, but I don't personally think i'd use a gob on that cut, more likely a thick step cut leaving a ledge to keep it swinging back into the trunk.....but more likely would just attempt to balance the limb and have it lifted away from me
  18. It's ok, he bought raffle tickets...try keep up!
