  1. Nice work. Much better than a reduction

    Boots

That's what I have at the moment. They seem to be holding up well enough and are certainly comfortable enough. My favourites are still the stein werewolfs though if steel toe caps aren't important to you
  3. I remember posting something similar a few years ago Pete, although not as severe as this. There was an answer although I can't remember what it was
  4. Awesome shots, thanks for sharing
  5. This has been coming a while now. Most people are running responsive sites these days but not everyone. Even Arbtalk has only just managed to make the change. If you have been putting it off though you may want to consider making it a priority now. https://www.searchenginejournal.com/googles-mobile-first-indexing-what-it-is-how-you-can-prepare/212104/
  6. This has come up several times before. As has been said, it all depends on what sort of businessman you are. Not something I would personally do, but theres no doubt plenty of stuff I do that others wouldn't dream of doing!
  7. Think @Wouter had the husky? I hadn't problems with that, had none with the Stihl so far though
  8. Yep, never seen anything on that scale before, nor the size of the individual specimens either.
  9. I reckon it was 12-13 years ago that I did the initial work. Pretty sure I only thinned it lightly at that time
  10. I would have loved to but we were on a schedule
  11. One for you game of throne fans http://www.boredpanda.com/wood-chainsaw-carve-dragon-bench-igor-loskutow/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=dmblog
  12. haha, well done that man!! Who recommended it replaced and why?
  13. here you go http://www.treeworker.co.uk/catalog/index.php?CG_ID=54&CS_ID=55&CSS_ID=0
  14. I have used GEFA before now, Treeworker used to sell it, not sure if they still do. It was pretty easy to install and was an entirely dynamic system. Never had a chance to inspect the trees I braced with it though and to be honest can't even remember where they were.
  15. Took a wrong turn in Belgium and ended up down some pretty windy old roads, then came across this...thousands of topiary plants ready to go. Most of it seemed to be Yew, but some was either portugese Laurel or Bay I believe. There was literally acres of it, quite a site!
  16. How are you replying to this? Via computer?
  17. Saw some stunning things whilst on holiday, but one of my favourites was a walk down to the Triberg falls in part of the black forest in Germany. The way trees grow around rocks is always fascinating, took several pics. Even saw a few local rate my hinge efforts. The waterfalls themselves were well worth a visit too. One of the biggest surprises for me though was the black squirrels, something I didn't even know existed. I thought they were reds at first, but a google search told me otherwise. They weren't the easiest things to photograph however!
  18. It's when I stop that my back generally plays up!
