  1. Never had any trouble here. Think the last spares I bought were from FR Jones and were always in stock. Only clutches though
  2. You should look into the Navaras, they come with heated seats as standard ?
  3. don't forget to remove your tip site listing too
  4. Out of retirement for a bit of holiday money. Was a little windy for working on eucs but we got them done
  5. It has been. They've been around for years. They are just prohibitively expensive. Very few arb companies will invest I doubt
  6. Bit fancy mate! How do they compare to buffs?
  7. Https://Arbtalk.co.uk/recycling
  8. You need to add your site here https://Arbtalk.co.uk/recycling
  9. Good question/ the high clip on the 540 is it’s best feature imo
  10. Done, and i've merged your 2 accounts together
  11. Just knocked up this new site which is targetted at drawing in more people to add tip sites. I expect turning up at Arbtalk was confusing some people, this should help. I have added share buttons to the site which are pretty obvious. If anyone is a member of any facebook groups that they think this could be of interest to, or any other sites for that matter, please help by sharing the site. https://freewoodchips.co.uk
  12. This you? https://arbtalk.co.uk/profile/48023-woodlover/

  14. I can change it for sure, just let me know what to As an example of how accommodating I try to be, I actually spent about half an hour editing the code of the site as your overly long username was breaking out of a couple of the templates......and then people rant for 8 pages that they are not allowed to swear in the playground ?
  15. Great thanks! any chance I could have your first name and last initial? I have just created a new website to promote this and would like to add your testimonial if possible. It will look like this
  16. Ditch the klemheist. Use a knot such as the one in the video above, or buy yourself a zigzag or similar mechanical device. Body thrusting is for fools, don't leave it 10 years to switch to a more advanced climbing method, the damage will already be done. Oh, and treat yourself to a foot ascender!
  17. For the record the swearing thing is nothing to do with sponsors. That rule existed before I even had any advertisers
  18. Or via pm, either fine cheers!
  19. Arbtalk is a shop window into our industry, like it or not. On the one hand people complain that we are not taken seriously as an industry, not paid enough, not considered professional. Then they whinge when they are pulled up for lowering the tone on here with what is basically unnecessary language. I'm no prude, I swear as much as the next man, maybe even more. But i am quite capable of curbing my language when i'm typing. Not really sure why its a massive problem for some people.
  20. i'd like a few testimonials from people who have used the tip site directory successfully please. If anyone can spare a minute to write a couple of lines it would be appreciated, thanks
  21. Done. I think I filled in the aches and pains section correctly ?
  22. I don't believe they intended the link to work in that manner Edward, anyway the link it ultimately leads to is survey monkey https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Treeclimberbiomechanics
  23. Some of the comments on that report are just recockulous edit: most of them are
