Yes, the officer did query those numbers with me, she had no luck getting a reply from husqvarna regarding that.

 

You would think Husqvarna would offer to check any Autotune saw for the Police , serial number is stored in the software !

There is a T540 Husqvarna on the list, i am sure any Husqvarna dealer would plug it in and and hand over the ser no. if the dealer who sold it put your name into the software even better.

I must have been wandering around with my eyes and ears shut - I did not know about Arbsafe.

 

I will get all my serials together and register all on there. Good work Steve.

Good thread this cuz it kicked my butt into getting my stuff listed on Arbsafe:

 

1) An Austrian scythe fitted with a ditch blade

2) Scythe sharpening stones

3) Lidl Florabest strimmer

Just an update, a few more of the saws have been reunited with their owners, but its been a long drawn out affair for the police lady tasked with it. No doubt most of these will end up on bumblebee unfortunately
