A cup of coffee does me first thing, then before I leave the house I decide another ones a good idea..

As I see it, it seems a better idea to make two cups of coffee than faff about cooking stuff first thing of a morning.... not to mention there always a pie shop open somewhere's abouts by mid morning..

Mash 1 banana & three eggs together with a tea spoon of cinnamon. Then pan fry like you would an omelette. Top with Greek yogurt and blueberries it's the daddy.

I used to make muesli flapjack with butter and honey, packed with dried cranberries and cherries, cinnamon ginger and dark chocolate.

Problem was it was intended as a breakfast power bar, but it was so damn good that I'd end up eating 3 big slabs through the day and nothing else!
