Still using mostly Oregon. Occasionally go wild and get a Sugi, but most of the time I find they're too heavy and a nightmare to dress when they do need it. Never really had a problem with wear on the Oregon bars. Running Husky saws and a Dolly.

I know what you mean, oregon always seem best for money and wear. Cant justify the expense of a sugi as can get 2 oregons for £10 more of one sugi!!

 

 

But as long as the Sugi doesn't get bent it's a better bar

Sugi hara but the ones with the resin inserts lighter then a Oregon bar don't need dressing as much. When it dose I have to use a angle grinder as files just bounce off them
