Although I don't agree with the fact, I worry that we could sleepwalk into this reality.

I remember as a kid I didn't go into shopping centres and think "if a gang of muslims starts attacking people what will I do? What weapons can I get to defend myself".....

War is coming to Europe.

What do you think a Muslim arborist would think of this thread?

There would be an equal and opposite thread .  There is company blanking out washers and discarding the center disk that falls out and somewhere else in the world there is a company blanking out disks and discarding the rest ......:001_smile:

He or she should damn well be concerned, see a problem, and be helping to find solutions. He or she would be given tremendous support I don't doubt.

If the Rotheram police cared less about offending people then 100s of children might not have been raped.

Imagine this happened but the perpetrators were white and followed a religion that said it was OK to take non religious devotees as sex slaves in its tenets - I think we'd be naming that religion -  https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/jul/30/man-charged-after-girl-raped-twice-in-one-night-in-birmingham

A girl gets raped by an "Asian" man and then runs for help, only to be raped again by an "Asian" taxi driver.

Now put it in the context that the Quran dictates quite clearly that non Muslims can be taken as sex slaves.

Houston we have a ****ing problem. Peoples feelings will have to take a back seat...

And what would you suggest christians do about the 1000's of abuse allegations towards the catholic and Anglican churches?

So Rotherham wasn't that bad because Catholic priests are also infamous for being kiddy fiddlers?

Ehhhhmmm, that's not really much of an argument.

I clearly rememver as a kid expecting a bin to explode in shopping centres because I'd heard all about the IRA blowing things up.  You can't prepare for things like that, so there's no point living your life in a heightened state of awareness just on the off chance.

Jumping to false conclusions again matelot.
It's not as simple as you would like us to believe.
Abuse happens in lots of places and is perpetrated by all races and religions.
It's all wrong.

It's this dishonesty that drives people to the dreaded right wing. We all know that abuse is carried out by every section of the community. However we should be honest in admitting that abuse is more likely from certain sections of society....

"A Swedish Police report from May 2016 found that there have been 123 incidents of sexual molestation in the country's public baths and pools in 2015 (112 of them were directed against girls). In 55% of cases, the perpetrator could be reasonably identified. From these identified perpetrators, 80% were of foreign origin."

Imho, people are getting fed up being lied to. You'd have to be stupid not to realise that some cultures have some medieval attitudes towards women.
